Before the portal matured, Giftbee relied on a legacy "Token Gifts" client portal and backend workarounds. The tools weren't user-friendly or scalable, so the team often placed orders manually on behalf of clients.
As the business grew, this became a bottleneck. We needed a scalable client portal to support operations, sales, and client self-service.
Because speed mattered, I kept branding minimal, reusing Giftbee's design system, adapting it for B2B with one primary colour and neutral-heavy Ul, and shipping incrementally into production.

This project focused on designing the operational backbone of Giftbee's B2B2C model. After launching the new recipient experience, the challenge shifted to enabling clients and internal teams to place, manage, and support gifting at scale, through a client portal and a powerful super-admin system.
